We would like to inform you about the aspects relevant to
data protection law when using the "www.kl-klaiber.de" page as follows.

1. Information on the occasion of the website call

- Your IP address will be processed. The processing is carried out for the purpose of being able to present to you the contents of the website. - The abovementioned legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR consists of the fact that technically binding third parties must be involved in transmissions via website (Internet server operator). - KLAIBER includes a hosting service provider for the offer of the homepage via order processing, namely jweiland.net, Jochen Weiland, Echterdinger Straße 57, Building 9, 70794 Filderstadt. This hosting service provider acts strictly on behalf of KLAIBER.

- KLAIBER deletes the data immediately after the conclusion of the contact with you, unless otherwise stated below. If you request the deletion beforehand, the data will be deleted immediately, unless there is any other legal basis for the processing.

- When accessing the website, the following data is processed at short notice: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, content of the website, access status (HTTP status), amount of data transferred, website from which you enter our website, web browser, operating system, language and version of the browser. The data is needed to ensure operation and to analyze and prevent attacks on the website. In case of errors during the website call, supplemented data is processed: error code and error message in text form. The data will be deleted after 3 days at the latest.

- There is a right to information (Art. 15 GDPR) as well as to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) or a right to object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and a right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).

- The data subject has the right, for reasons arising from his particular situation, to file an objection at any time against the processing of personal data concerning him or her which are processed by us on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR); this shall also apply to profiling based on these provisions.

- There is a right of complaint to a data protection supervisory authority.

- The provision of personal data by you is not required by law, contract or necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obligated to provide the data. The possible consequence if you do not provide the data is that you cannot access the KLAIBER website in whole or in part and cannot perceive the content accordingly.

2. We store cookies on your computer

Cookies are small identifiers that our web server sends to your browser and that your computer saves when it is set up accordingly.

We use session cookies for the functionality of the website. Session cookies are deleted the next time the browser is closed (i.e. after the "session").

The content of the consent you will be asked for directly in the contact form:

- If you have provided an address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address, you agree that KLAIBER will contact you via one of these means of communication for the above purpose.
- By sending the request you agree that KLAIBER collects data via KLAIBER's web server for the above-mentioned purposes and sends it to KLAIBER by e-mail. KLAIBER will treat the data as if an e-mail was received and will pass it on in particular to the internal department responsible for your message content and process it there. - KLAIBER deletes the concerned data immediately after the conclusion of the contact with you, for example when you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If you request the deletion beforehand, the data will be deleted immediately, unless there is any other legal basis for the processing.

If you access the "Contact" section, Google will receive information about your page view. If you do not want to integrate Google Maps, please do not access the "Contact" section.

We will also inform you as follows:

- The legal basis for the processing of the data is the protection of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR.
- The above-mentioned legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR consist in the fact that we would like to include publicly accessible maps in a user-friendly and generally compatible manner for the offer of the homepage.
- The Data, in particular your IP address, will be sent to Google, based in California, USA. Google is certified under the "EU-US Privacy Shield" and is committed to complying with the EU's level of data protection.
